When I sense someone is truly ready to LISTEN / Act / Re-act / listen / adjust and then act accordingly — we’re good to go.
When I sense someone wants to hire me ’cause it sounds / looks good’ (similar to buying a gym membership with .05% intention of actually walking through the doors of that very gym on MAYBE a MONTHLY basis) — sorry.
