Spot on!

Given the 40+ years walking a spiritual path as both teacher and student the #1 trait I witness in those I consider genuine guides is their lack of judgment equally mixed with what seems to be galactic patience.

I admit I used to offer highly structured events (to include schedules, programs, etc.) thinking said structure offers participants a sense of structure and security. In all reality said structure was more for me as a novitiate event host than for participants.

Today my most amazing events are nothing more than a call to connect. What we connect on, about (etc.) all determined when we connect. Allowing Spirit to guide the process mixed with a desire to learn and grow - magic!
