…chance. If the idea of keeping a notebook and pencil by your bedside is a bit intimidating for you, simply use your phone’s notepad app! This is the method I actually prefer. I’ll keep my brightness low and use the dictation feature to speak into my phone. I’ll barely even have to open my eyes, it’s especially easy for me to fall back asleep that way.

I sense lucid dreaming is a way to talk directly, consciously with my higher-self. Amazing what happens when I let me ego sleep! LOL.
