When I seek to introduce a tool / resource more difficult than dialing a phone number, I introduce the tool / resource - incrementally. For example, before I ask participants to use Zoom I invite them to visit YouTube.Com and search for "Zoom." In the next class I ask folks what they found. Based on results I know how quickly or methodically I need to be to introduce Zoom into the class tool box.
