One theme present in each soul I see as a master is simple ownership. Those I place in high regard each require ME — just me — to OWN 100% of what I say and do. If they catch me quoting them (or even saying their name) their feedback is the same: NEVER use my name — even when you state — word for word — what I say. OWN what you say / do 100%.

From these lessons I’ve come to learn how these souls have ZERO need to feed egos. These souls KNOW the source of their wit and wisdom is the same source we birth from and return (die) to. These masters understand the hubris created by ego.

When I’m in the same room with those I value as Masters I engage them as I would any one else. This form of engagement is what nurtures our relationships decade after decade.
