One of the more interesting aspects of gloom-and-doomers is their attachment to validation. The old cliché: Misery loves company — is all too true.

Pessimists need validation to maintain their going to hell in a hand-basket theories.

Similar to fire needing air (no air, no fire) it's well past time to cut air to pessimistic fires.

How? Ask pessimists if they're willing entertain hope. Ask pessimists if they have any energy left at all to embrace optimism.

If you get 'No's' to these two questions, understand they're need to wallow in self-imposted misery - AND WALK AWAY.

Misery - similar to a virus - needs a host.

What are you willing to host these days?
