"The art of being comfortable with myself." Better title?

When I enjoy just me time - I'm never alone.

When I have to conjure up small talk to be perceived as (whatever positive trait you'd like to insert here), if small talk is all that's seems doable - then yup! I feel alone.

Anybody else?
