LOL - I often note wisdom is a compost pile. Time+Knowledge+First-Hand Experience = Wisdom.

I can read all about a place. Watch all the videos. Listen to all the travel experts and locals. Learn the language even. Until I set foot in the place I'm learning about - I lack wisdom of that place. Knowing there's always more to learn - I know my wisdom is always in a ripening stage ;)
