I'd LOVE the capacity to set preferences on following. For example, if you're already following 1000+ people - really? Good for you. I haven't the time to give the appropriate attention to 10 people let alone 1000's.

Finally - I'd like to screen who follows. Lately I've a spate of what I assume are spam accounts. All very young women. All - zero posts / comments. All brand-spanking new to Medium.Com. You're welcome to follow me when you're:

a) a member and / or

As for comments lacking basic common sense / civility - yup! Blocked.
