I just finished organizing a “Virtual Visit Station” with the hospice house my sister is at. Was rather easy. I walked one volunteer through the process of

1. setting up the free video conferencing app (required clicking on ONE link then clicking on the prompts to install the app).
2. sharing the video conferencing URL (as well as the telephone number associated with the video conference line) with anyone who wants to visit (from the outside) with people who can:

a) sit in front of hospice’s mobile tablet.

b) hold a phone.

Our next step is to assist current occupants who have their own mobile smart phone access the same thing.

I enjoyed a wonderful visit with Sis in her hospice room while I enjoyed my couch.
