I’m simply selling trust. And trust is earned, not sold.

Here’s the rub. Trust begins with trusting self. When I lack trust in myself I lack the capacity to trust others — no matter how well earned.

When I begin a journey with folks I point blank state, “Never trust me. I have zero need for your trust. Trust yourself and we’ll be fine.”

The concept of trust is rust to mindfulness. When I trust you my ability to be mindful of who you are, what you need — fades. Why? Assumptions. Expectations. Illusions.

Thus — imagine releasing the need to earn trust with anyone by yourself.
