Bravo! Totally agree on the entitlement issue.

On a weekly basis I've witnessed four-legged guardians bring their non-certified pet into the store - to then - piss on lower shelves - marking their territory - cause it's almost impossible to adequately clean up when urine seeps under shelving.

I ask store clerks what happens when they have to clean-up after dogs.

The store I shop at - it's policy that the entire shelf (contents) must be destroyed regardless of packaging. Cost passed onto consumers.

Certified, trained dogs assisting their human guardian? No problem.

Fifi who runs around on a long, often unwatched leash while they text away, yelping at small kids causing them to scream as well as piss on products - ya- no thanks.
