Over the past 40 years I've witnessed a slow slide into "somebody elseville." When there's a problem or issue 'somebody else' is responsible (paid, elected, etc.) to "do something,"

For those who elect me as a leader the first thing they discover is how I make them responsible for being 'solutions' (versus problem identifers).

Come to me with a problem? Expect ME to solve it. Sorry. No can do. Come to me with a problem with three (or more) solutions that you're ready, willing and able to be part of - count me in.
