Is a MSW'er myself I wish I could add another 1000 claps to this.

As well as - a similar issue for folks who submit to any assessment tools (e.g. Enneagram). Once they learn of their "rating" they seem to stick to that score - eternally.

Written assessment tools assess who you are - at that moment in life. That's all. Tell me you're an "X" based on "Y" - tells me you need your "X" as a crutch.
