Less is more, simple is best
as we travel about our quest
to laugh, learn, explore and grow
in touch with Spirit, we shall know

just inside, a whisper away
we need but listen, and to stay
awake, aware, persistent and kind
to what Spirit has in mind…

For each wink, wind, touch and taste
is a lesson to savor, to grace
our lives with light, love and lore
as we uncover our unique store.

So pack light, carry only today
a smile, a bow, a moment to say
thank you, I love you, Namaste
to One and all, in work and play
