Aloha Corbbin, this post reminds me of my days of writing tech manuals for software releases. Laborious but necessary from the perspective of basic documentation. After being a PM for a wide variety of coders, when coders have zero (or poor) documentation on legacy systems - clients experience the pain of two options.
